Terms of Service

For international transactions in supported currencies, the Services are provided and payments are processed by Oleksandr Kolesnykov, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Steam Profile Canvas is an independent online toolset for preparing Steam profile artwork: background cropping, character compositing, showcase previews, GIF/MP4/ZIP exports, Workshop splitting and related account features.

Credits are internal access units used to run paid export operations. Credits are not money, e-money, cryptocurrency, Steam Points or transferable store credit.

Pro and Studio plans currently provide prepaid 30-day premium access and increased daily non-stacking usage allowances. They do not renew automatically, and no recurring billing is created unless the payment page clearly says so before purchase.

Products, prices, payment-method availability and currencies are shown on the payment page before an order is created. The final amount is confirmed by the service before payment.

International card and wallet payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal or another payment service available in your region. Card details are handled by the payment service; Steam Profile Canvas stores only the payment number, status, amount, currency, selected product and order history.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, withhold digital delivery or suspend accounts if fraudulent payment activity, stolen payment credentials, card testing or other payment abuse is suspected.

Currency conversion fees, bank fees, identity checks, disputed-payment rules and regional limitations are governed by the payment service and your bank.

Paid credits or plan access are credited after payment confirmation. Reopening the payment return page or checking the same payment again should not credit the same paid product more than once.

Export files are delivered when the service generates the PNG, GIF, MP4, ZIP or other digital result and makes it downloadable. Repeat-download artifacts may expire according to the user plan.

Contact support with your account, order number, payment date and reason. Refunds may be granted for duplicate charges, failed crediting, technical inability to provide access, or where required by law.

Credit-pack refunds are normally limited to the unused purchased-credit balance. Credits already spent on exports, improved processing, generated files or other paid operations are non-refundable after the digital service has been delivered. Successful exports, free daily credits, promotional grants and correctly delivered digital results are not refunded in cash.

Prepaid 30-day premium access is delivered instantly after payment. If premium features or higher limits have been used during the paid period, the period is treated as provided and is normally non-refundable except for duplicate charges, failed access, technical inability to provide the service, or where a refund is required by law.

In the event of an unjustified chargeback, payment dispute or payment reversal after digital access has been delivered, your account and any remaining credits may be permanently suspended.

Steam, Steam Community, Steam Points Shop and Valve trademarks belong to Valve Corporation. Steam Profile Canvas is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve.

You are responsible for the legality of uploaded images, GIFs, videos, fonts and text, and for following Steam rules when uploading exported files to your Steam profile or Workshop.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Steam, payment services, hosting, media processing and third-party sources may change or become unavailable. Steam may also change showcase geometry or upload rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
